14 august 2011 to be continued….stand up today not tomorrow with kalufa surf school…..a beatiful kids in the classroom full of energy and a day full of sun in a best place in the world….famara beach,This is a beach of 4000 m of brown, fine sand situated at the foot of the crags of Famara. It is not very comfortable, to be on the beach when it is windy, as well as being dangerous due to the tide and currents.
Ideal for surfing, various surf schools offer beginners courses here.
You must be aware that several streams flow together and create small swirls which can be dangerous. Also good swimmers should allways stay close to the beach.
Famara beach is classed as Naturist friendly.
